In addition to his expertise in leadership and employee satisfaction, Ralph is also the CEO of QAPI LAND, a business solutions company that uses QAPI (quality assurance and performance improvement) strategies to help senior care organizations achieve the highest quality outcomes for their residents, families, employees, and stakeholders. He is also a former U.S. Marine and proud new grandfather.
