Center For Leadership
Applications are Closed for the 2023-2024 CFL Class

The Center for Leadership (CFL) is a year-long leadership intensive. The participants are chosen through a competitive application process and demonstrate a desire to grow their leadership knowledge and skills. After completion of the program, they are designated Kansas Fellows and are becoming excellent leaders across the state. The program is led by professionals in human services with a passion for leadership development.

The program's first class graduated in 2009 and since that time has awarded over 160 individuals the designation of Kansas fellow. The goal of the Center for Leadership is to grow leaders in Kansas. Many of our graduates have gone on to take executive roles in their own organization or elsewhere in the field. Most graduates report experiencing a significant change in both their personal and professional lives because of the program.
