Leadership Fellowship

The Leadership Fellowship is a year-long leadership intensive, the traditional CFL experience. Participants are chosen through a competitive application process and demonstrate a desire to grow their leadership knowledge and skills. After completion of the program, they are designated Kansas Fellows and are becoming excellent leaders across the state. The program is led by professionals in human services with a passion for leadership development. This program is run on alternating years with the LeadingVoice Advocacy Bootcamp.

LeadingVoice Advocacy Bootcamp

Participants in the LeadingVoice Advocacy Bootcamp will engage in hands-on learning and activities to empower their grassroots advocacy efforts for aging services. Advocates will learn about and practice advocacy fundamentals before putting them to practice at the final session: Aging Services Day at the Capitol. Kylee Childs, Director of Government Affairs with LeadingAge Kansas, along with guest experts present the bootcamp. This program is run on alternating years with the Leadership Fellowship.

Leadership Lite

Leadership Lite provides bite-sized leadership trainings for team members who aren't quite ready for the full Fellowship experience or have already completed it. This program includes diverse and flexible offerings, including conference sessions, workshops, and on-site trainings for your team. This programming runs consistently.

Leadership on Your Time

For leaders who want training on-the-go, Leadership on Your Time is the perfect fit. This specific corner of our on-demand education offers specialized leadership training that fits your schedule. Offerings include Del Gilbert's "Leadership & Management Excellence Series," among other programs that are regularly being developed and added.
