This webinar by Duane Cummings will focus towards what to do and not do during times of uncertainty. He will focus towards practices and habits that will help leaders navigate uncertain times. The struggle to lead when everyone is depending on you to have the answers...and there are no answers is exactly what you're going through right now with COVID-19. This is a time of crisis and what you do is as important as what you say. We understand you are the leaders who are being "leaned" on and the burden is getting awfully heavy. This webinar is meant to help you and give you the opportunity to ask questions and lean on someone else.
