EBI Welcomes 2 New Board MembersEBI is thrilled to welcome two new members to our Board of Trustees. Joining us in 2026 will be Judy Kregar, Administrator at Hill Top House in Bucklin, KS, and Tayci Helm, Director of Human Resources at Locust Grove Village in LaCrosse, KS. Thank you to Judy and Tayci for demonstrating their commitment to the EBI program as a part of our EBI Board.

NetworksEmployees can go to the hospital of their choice since there in no restricted hospital network with EBI Healthcare. EBI Healthcare’s physician network is powered by PHCS, one of the nation’s largest PPO networks. EBI Healthcare Entry Requirements:To become an EBI Healthcare Member your organization must be a Kansas Aging Service Provider. To assure the financial stability of the Plan and protection of current Members, your employees and their dependents must undergo medical underwriting, and you must provide organization financial and administrative information.
