Webinar: Building Relationships and Staff Retention - How They Go Together

Presenter: Carmen Bowen | Tuesday March 29, 2022 | 1:00 - 2:00 PM

Description:
Relationship is considered the fundamental building block to transforming institutional culture.  Only in relationship can there be individualized care - which is required by regulation - yet too often institutional practices promote generic care. Research reveals, and we know intuitively, relationships result in many positive outcomes including team members wanting to work in a less stressed, non-institutional culture. Learn the simple, no cost, very meaningful culture change practices that build relationship and result in even better regulatory compliance, better work life for those who work there let alone better life for those who live there.

Objectives:
Participants will be able to list the no cost culture change practices that improve relationships.
Participants will be able to describe how building relationships improves regulatory compliance and satisfaction for all.
Participants will be able to name at least one practice they will take back to their team to build relationship.
