School closings and potential quarantine measures may impact our staffing levels. We ask for your patience as we process and prioritize requests based on urgency and the received date of the request. We appreciate your cooperation by limiting phone calls, emails, and spreadsheet concerns to those that have been pending for a determination for more than 45 days. Please refrain from inquiring on cases where information was recently submitted, this would include checking for a status update for HCBS or NF coding when the consumer was recently screened or recently admitted to the facility.”
