 Join Georgina and your peers for a mixture of lecture, open discussion and group activity to learn the following objectives:

• Understand the value for mentoring for staff development & relationship building
• Identify the causes of turnover within the first 6-12 after orientation
• Outline and identify issues that cause transition failure during the first 90 days of hire
• Understand the relationship between good plannng and direced outcomes in staff training
• Identify organization's educational needs and set goals to be shard with clinical teams
