Join KDADS Russell Bowles, Colin Rork and LaTonia Wright for guidance, support and tips  to navigate needed remediation actions for the HCBS Settings Final Rule. During this webinar participants will have an opportunity to actively learn from the experts and ask all questions related to heightened scrutiny and remediation.

Learning Objectives 

Participants will:

1. Learn important dates and deadlines pertaining to the HCBS Settings Final Rule.
2. Understand how to navigate the Community Connections website.
3. Obtain guidance on how to remediate settings that are attached to, adjacent to and/or on the grounds of an institution; or have the potential to isolate persons from those not receiving HCBS.
