Anxiety is considered the most common of all mental health issues with older adults, and it can often play out in sleeping and continence issues. Come to this practical talk on what triggers anxiety vulnerability and what works and doesn't work for intervening

1) Better understanding of normal vs abnormal anxiety presentations in older adults
2) Common triggers for anxiety and resiliency bolsters
3) The link between one's emotional health and physical health
