Presenters

Jodi Eyigor, MA, LSWA is the Director, Nursing Home Quality & Policy at LeadingAge. She is responsible for the analysis of health policy and regulatory changes related to long-term care providers, and develops and advocates LeadingAge's position on those issues to members, partners, and federal and regulatory officials. Prior to joining the LeadingAge team, Ms. Eyigor was the social worker in a LeadingAge-member nursing home and assisted living residence in Washington, DC.

Janine Finck-Boyle, MBA/HCA, LNHA is the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at LeadingAge and a licensed Nursing Home Administrator for 20 years.   In her current role, she oversees the LeadingAge public policy team that specializes in the regulations and operations for all members. Ms. Finck-Boyle coordinates partnerships with state associations and seeks input from members on regulatory issues impacting members and their ability to provide high quality services and supports while identifying issues of broad impact or opportunity.
