Dining Services spend is influenced by far more than food cost alone. This session will explore the key drivers of PPD, labor, resident choice, and hospitality expectations while providing practical insight into the operational realities behind dining performance. Participants will learn how to evaluate costs within the context of resident experience, service expectations, and long-term financial sustainability.
