Renee Porter, ACHA & Willette Sinclair, LPN; Dooley Center, Inc.

Whether we are building our own personal home or building the home for our residents, details always matter.  There are codes and regulations in each of these tasks and they are in place to protect and serve the people we care for.  How do we work inside these regulations and find the balance of building a personalized, usable and functional care plan?  It starts with blueprints, the team we construct, the people we serve and the details of who they are.  Drilling down to the basic foundation of what makes a person who they are and how we put that on paper.  Let the remodeling begin! Melissa Mille, Director of Nursing Facility Survey and Certification with KDADS, will help answer questions and add other specifics to the presentation.
