TeamSTEPPS In Long Term Care

TeamSTEPPS is a teamwork system designed for anyone who works in a person-centered healthcare organization. It provides higher quality, safer care by optimizing the use of information, people, and resources, increasing team awareness, while reducing conflict and barriers to quality and safety. This session will provide nurse leaders with a tool to begin defining the problem, challenges and opportunity for improvement through a standardized communication process. (4.0 A)

New Survey Process

Join Melissa Mille, the Director of Nursing Facility Survey and Certification for an overview of the new survey process. This session will inform you of the changes to expect so you are prepared for your next survey. (2.5 A)
