JOIN US AT THE 2013 KANSAS CULTURE CHANGE CONFERENCE!
Kansas is a leader in culture change/person-centered care.  It has been over 10 years since we introduced the movement to our members and to the Kansas Department on Aging (now known as KDADS). From that initial pebble in our proverbial pond, the movement has rippled throughout the state. Leaders across the State of Kansas continue to carry this movement forward.  This year, we have partnered with the Kansas Culture Change Coalition to bring you a conference solely dedicated to culture change and the pillars promoted by KDADS’ PEAK 2.0 program.  We invite you to join us June 12-13, 2013 in Newton, Kansas for an inspirational convention that provides you with a roadmap to begin or continue your culture change journey.  Connect with your peers and continue to help us build a community dedicated to person-centered care!

Also, don’t miss the Kansas Culture Change Annual Meeting featuring Rosemary Fagan! The meeting will take place immediately following the conference.

PRINT YOUR OWN HANDOUTS
LeadingAge Kansas now has a “print as needed” handout policy for our major conferences. A few days before the conference, a link will be emailed to you, where you can access the handouts. Please be sure your correct email address is submitted on the registration form. Each participant should print out the handouts they need for the sessions they will attend.
